Redemption Coffeehouse & Roastery began as a passion project in 2018 — a small corner of Spooner where neighbors could slow down, sip something made with care, and feel at home. What started as weekend pop-ups in a borrowed garage has grown into the roastery and gathering space you see today.
Every batch we roast here in Northern Wisconsin is done in small quantities so we can taste, adjust, and perfect before it ever reaches your cup. We source green beans from sustainable farms across the equator and bring them home to roast right here on County Highway K.
Each lot is roasted in quantities small enough to monitor every minute of the process. We taste at every stage — development, cooling, resting — so every bag meets our standard.
We roast to order. If you buy a bag of beans, it will have been roasted days ago — not months. Our cupping lab ensures every batch retains its origin character and freshness.
From Ethiopian light roasts to our house dark blend, we offer a rotating selection that reflects both the seasons and our relationship with our sourcing partners.
